12-hour shifts means I work 7 out of 14 days. Flip from day shift to night shift (and viceversa) every 4 weeks. Workload varies depending on current demand. Nothing ridiculous though.

Too many dinosaurs. Most workers are related or have known each other for a very long time which means if you aren't in their circle, you won't amount to much out here.
