      Pros

      I learned a good bit from my coworkers, had some great laughs at work, made a few friends. Having a "I dont give a ****" attitude is good if you want to work here

      300% + Turnover rate over the last 1.5 years (yes, we calculated it). The owner is a total control/micro-management freak, nothing gets done unless he approves. Low pay for your work - Sales gets a low % or none at all -heard complaints of commissions not being paid, i'm none of the techs get more then $10-$14/hour. People come here for the paycheck, no other reason

      Pros

      The only Pros about this Employer are the People you work with and meet there other than management . Made some good friends there .

      No Insurance , no Benefits , Owner has a complete lack of respect for his employees and will terminate workers without any reason at all other than using the excuse " I terminated them because of poor work performance " !! He micromanages the employees and also spies on them with security cameras . This employer has a high turnover rate , either because workers quit or they get unjustly terminates . He has had OSHA called on him for safety reasons and ignored their recommendations . He does not keep parts in house for Assembly of signs and is staring to get a poor reputation with sign installers !! Also one more thing he is a minority and thinks he is above American Laws and Business Ethics
