Horrible leadership - Fire Alarm Technician bei American Fire Protection Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The management is horrible. Nobody in the office cares. You often have to work out of town or on weekends and they make it mandatory. Everyone is intimidated by the branch manager, the branch manager is probably the worst employer i ever had to work under. He is a bully and a liar, its well know all over the office but if anyone speaks up he deems them "uncoachable" and fires them. The turnover is insane, which leaves you with more out of town work and more on call work. Often sent to jobs without the proper materials with no help.
