      Team work, food, onsite who get, atmosphere and flexibility. You get a chance to network with your mentor which is great.

      Kontras

      Salary, appraisal, management, biased atmosphere. You cant move out of any project as it will require some politics so you have to stay in one project for years.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
