Pros
I love the Sao Carlos office in Brazil. It’s very chill and organized, surrounded by nature. Currently I work in an exceptional team in a great account, but I have to admit that I’m lucky. A lot of people from other accounts complain about their worklife balance, bad management and excessive micromanagement. About the payment I think that for my role it is very good. I’ve received a couple of bonus payments as well and i really feel that my work is appreciated. There is also a clear career path and you can definitely grow at this company. But remember, I’m speaking from a privileged position because I’m in a great team and Im under a great leadership. That is not applicable for the whole company.
Kontras
The high management is not that good. Everything was working fine while working from home 5 days a week, but since they started the hybrid mode (3 days at the office) a lot of people have complained, including myself. Another point is about the layoffs. The high management loves to say that we’re breaking revenue records, that everybody is loving the back to office (which is not true), they love saying about vacation without limits and blah blah blah, but a lot of people have been laid off during this year, even high skilled people with many years of house. Sometimes my worklife balance sucks also. This year we didnt have the salary revision. I was supposed to be promoted this year and they delayed my promotion in almost seven months because of this “on a budget” spirit. My managers had to fight for this promotion during all these months. That’s unacceptable.
