      Tienes buenas prestaciones, muchas que no ves en otras empresas. Tienes acceso a cursos, actualización constante y después de dos años hay oportunidad de moverte dentro de la empresa a otra área o puesto

      Kontras

      Casi todo está en GDL y sus oficinas de CDMX están un poco olvidadas. Tienes que ir a oficina 3 días y se preocupan más por eso que por los resultados.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
