      Pros

      The people I worked with were great. Even if the company didn't do much for employee morale as a group we supported each other.

      Kontras

      It was virtually impossible to get anything approved. Requests would go in to a black hole and never see the light of day. It wasn't even if you got a clear no that you could then argue about. You just never got a response.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
