I belive that review of company depends on team we are working with.So depending on my team here are my reviews. 1. No proper mentors. 2. No proper documentation. 3. Lagecy technology. 4. Mentor won't help on time. Infront of manager or leads they will say we are here to help you but when time comes they hardly reply. 5. Lots of favorism. 6. Forcing freshers to handle application on there own within 1 months of joining. 7. Team leads and manager only focus on core application. If you work in supporting application then you won't get recognised and not much hike in salary as well. 8. No work life balance. 9. Feeling helplessness.

Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
