      Higher management is not that supported. If you are back end developer you got work in front end and vice versa. They want every one to become a full stack developer irrespective of their interest

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
