      Amdocs heavily favors their own people (Israels). They are only interested in the bottom line $$. You must always be in the top of the performance review or you will be gone.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
