Great benefits but very stressful work environment - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Amdocs: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Leadership asks for several hours overtime but did not want it put on time sheet. They require you to learn new tools but do not give the time and/or resources to use to learn. Company streches employees very thin, in my history I noticed they will lay off staff, then expect others to take work load but the work load doesn't decrease. Employees are stressed and tend to not have a very good work life balance.
