      amdocs is a good company..great place to work..nice environment and the management is more focussed on getting things done rather then on petty things..its still a small company in numbers..so good scope to grow..the benefits in amdocs , i think, are unrivalled...

      the higher management seems disconnected with the bas employees..this should be rectified..and my personal work/life balance is shot..

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
