Avoid if you want work/life balance, expect to work all hours and weekends (you're at leadership's whim).
C-level and senior leadership joke about putting people on PIPs.
Several times I heard senior leadership make blatantly ageist comments about coworkers behind their backs.
"Unlimited" PTO is capped at 3 weeks (if you're lucky). Often people work when they're on PTO - it was the expectation when I was here.
Overall negative outlook. The C-Level execs are aggressively negative and take it out on their staff of only ~60 people.
Layoffs happened and most likely will happen again.
