      Calm work culture. Most people are kind and want to help. Stacked with resources Cool to see the scale of Amazon's massive consumer delivery network

      People are here to collect a paycheck. Leadership is risk averse & lacks vision. Turnover is high (to say nothing of the many colleagues who've been laid off recently). The company is big and all about scale. It will chew you up and spit you out (in exchange for fair wages and relatively positive opportunities)

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
