      you'll work 8 hrs a day in abnormal shifts and learn nothing, no promotions..even if you switch after working for 2-3 years no company is going to hire you as you'll learn nothing out of this job.

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.
