Roles are being shifted to India, Colombia, and the Philippines, with cost-cutting prioritized over talent, experience, or loyalty. - The forced migration to Azure, compounded by poor planning, is draining resources. And employees are paying the price — not just through increased workload, but by being let go in recent layoffs (October '25). With many of the positions eliminated quietly transferred to offshore. - Layoffs are being justified as “market alignment” and financial necessity.
