Pros
The culture in my department was great, and my leadership did a good job of navigating fairly seamlessly through a few big transitions. My objectives/responsibilities were always clear. My manager valued and prioritized mental health and work/life balance but I can't say the same for every department
Kontras
Not a lot of opportunities for upward mobility. Not a ton of diversity in leadership - mostly white dudes. Culture from department to department, as well as from acquired companies may vary.
