The management team was pretty forgiving and patient. Slow to anger, providing space for autonomy, and growth. They maintained a safe environment in which to work.

Direction was a little spotty. I'm certain there was a strategic plan, but little detail was shared, or it was incomplete. Expectations were never really clear for the staff.
