They have a very friendly environment where people get out of their ways to help each other. The managers try their best to schedule tasks in a way that no one has to work overtime. You don't only join a company here, you join a family of supportive people who truly care about each other. Also, they give free lunch on Fridays and there is always healthy snacks, fruits, and coffee available in the office. You have a free gym access too.

It's a very fast pace company that works on very interesting projects but that requires you to learn new tools and technologies very often. There is a huge learning curve for you but it might be a bit hard at times.

I had the privilege to work at Altumview for a couple of years. Nice people there, nice environment. They care about the employees a lot. Unlimited vacations, work from home opportunity. Exciting projects. The average age of the technical team is close to 30 years. Super nice CEO/President.

As a start up the direction of the company is vague. Lot's of projects got cancelled. The technical leadership is not flawless.
