The CEO is very passionate and enthusiastic about our work. He puts the employees first. We have almost weekly celebrations in the form of announcements, lunches, and happy hours. Communication here is great and the energy is contagious.

We have a ton of meetings. There are a lot of inter-department meetings, weekly seminars, etc. We do a good job with communication but it can be a bit distracting.

Flexible Hours, new facilities and great management structure. I enjoy the collaboration, friendship and professional development that Altor Corp. provides.

Lots of construction but that's it. I really don't know why there is a twenty word minimum.. it's not very user friendly to do it that way.
