With no managers and an all-senior team, you're expected to self-manage and own your priorities. Nobody is going to hand-hold you. If you need a lot of structure or direction, the ambiguity might take some getting used to — but if you're senior and self-driven, it's a big plus.

Good work freedom and ownership. You get to work end to end, not just on small isolated tasks. The team is open to ideas and there is a good scope to learn by actually building things. Less bureaucracy compared to bigger companies.

Since it is a growing company, some processes are still evolving. Priorities can change fast, so you need to be comfortable with ambiguity.
