Self-scheduling; hybrid (remote/office) work, 2 weeks vacation and 2 weeks of pto from day 1; 3 weeks of vacation after a year; casual dress code; solid benefits; 13 paid holidays; and a fantastic environment to learn in. I began at AP as an intern; became a therapist, and now, I’m the clinical director. There have been good managers and some who were not so great.
