The fraternal culture is a very great benefit of working at Alta with everyone constantly supporting each other and the company has very good benefits for people who want to make a career there. They do give really good sales advice and they will break you until you learn and it is worth it.
Kontras
Owner and the office in TX do not care about their employees and screw many of them out of their time and paychecks. They will work employees from 10am-10pm and brainwash everyone that its ok just so corporate can get an extra customer. They also go through employees like crazy with most offices being cut in half after the first 2 months of summer. When hired you are told you are going to make so much money and only the managers do, really you make less than minimum wage every hour after the first month or two and work 10 hours a day. Very disorganized and some employees are shamed or fired for being bad after not having the training they were told they were going to have.
