I enjoyed working with my coworkers. Coworkers are friendly. Enjoyed working with our clients. Clients were friendly. Learned new tech skills but at cost of being belittled and un-constructively criticized all the time by the owner.

The owner/manger is an authoritarian, judge mental man with anger management issues. He ruins the environment. Has unrealistic time expectations. Accuses you of not doing the job his way before you can explain the situation to him. He is moody and takes it out on employees. He is way understaffed and expects everyone to be overworked. Turn over rate is extremely high at Alpha & Omega. During my interview I asked the owner about the culture of his company. What is the working environment like? He laughed in my face. He said the environment is what you bring to it. He couldn’t answer my question. If I had known what the owner brings to the environment himself, I would have passed on this job.
