Poorly managed company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Alpha-Tec Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This company offers almost no benefits (No healthcare, dental, 401K, stock share etc). Only thing that they offer is a profit sharing that does not share the profit. There are absolutely no investments for employees. Even if you need to be trained to do the job, you need to train or educate yourself. No raise is offered. Even though the company profit is growing, the employer always says economy is bad. Therefore, you don't get raise. If you ask the raise which you are entitled to too much, the employer will write you up so there are reasons not to raise your wage even though the write up is not true. It's very discouraging work environment for employees. The employer does not treat their employees fair at all.
