Not a people factory. They were very different 4-5 years ago in terms of finding replacements when projects get over but after getting to an almost mid- size those problems have resolved. They are heavily engaging in a talent factory concept which helps find people other projects and invest on growing their talents/ skills You get to work with really smart people Not afraid to try and experiment Leadership supports innovation Great leadership team Great bonus and competitive comp packages
