Pros

There are a lot of Pros: great work life balance, great onboarding team, very responsive, organized & professional. HR has been great to work with! Interview process was exactly as described by recruiter & constant communication during this time. I appreciate the company communication that occurs on a regular basis, even though I work 100% remote I still feel part of a ‘team’. No micromanagement here! I appreciate the diversity within the company and everyone is a consummate professional.

Maybe consider increasing PTO & adding sick leave.

Pros

Pay was above market salaries for the role. Now I know why.

-Horrible management and leadership, zero empathy or support, very combative and degrading. -Horrible HR staff, combative and immature, zero empathy or support. -As consultants billing to the client, the expectation is you work/bill full 40hr weeks to the client but AO leaders schedule mid day status calls with zero clue you are busy supporting the client and billing. If you do not prepare or attend the AO calls, your manager will make snarky degrading comments like 'you would know that if you attended the weekly status calls!!' Zero clue on what the consultants are going through to support clients. It is a disaster.
