Toxic management that does not take accountability for high turnover, poor training, understaffing, and disorganized job responsibilities. They give new employees the most difficult work that none of the long term employees want to do and then throw the new employees under the bus when things don’t go well. There’s a lot of favoritism, petty/strict rules, and the pay is well below where it should be. Offering just 5 vacation days a year is frankly insulting.
