Good for freshers because they will get good hands on the projects which might not get in the MNCs 3. If you perform well and have some good impression, relation with manager and team then will get good hike

Cons are many as compared to pros: 1. No work life balance, They will think you are alive only for the company. 2. Not skilled managers, No technical knowledge 3. If escalations happens, They will ask to work overnight, all the weekend(Including saturday and sunday) 4. Managers are very rude, they don't respect your opinions and pressure you to rollback the resignations/put the resignations 5. If you give 10 years to the company then also they won't respect if you make a silly mistake 6. No cultural activities, No fun, Only work..work and work
