Pros

The money is good, building customer relationships. The incentive trips are fun. The flexibly of having your own business is always nice.

Kontras

Regional management and agency support is minimal. Typical snakes like most large corporations. Definitely not looking out for customers best interest but only looking to make money. Allstate don't care about their customers. NEVER start a scratch agency with Allstate 95% of agents fail.

Good benefits and ok PTO

Terrible pay and composition structure. Point bassed systems are only used to screw your sales agents out of money. I doubt they will be around another 50 years. Management proudly says that the way to move up is "be good where you are". Upper management is disproportionately F. All the agents hate the job and its very obvious to see.
