Pros
remote work, flexibility, very focused on technology and providing all the tools needed to be efficient in a WFH environment
Kontras
Its a publicly traded company - when the stock price drops, look out for lay-offs. Health benefits are weak (spending too much money out of pocket). The compensation (bonus) structure is constantly changing and bonus rules keep getting added to stop people from getting paid. This program aims to treat work-from-home employees like an hourly employee, but expects them to perform like an Exclusive/Captive Agent (entrepreneurs). Too much time micro-managing all aspects of the agents' day (number of calls, analyzing all of their sales calls, etc.) It almost feels like working in a call center, but expecting the call center employee to go out once or twice a week to find customers.
