      Good work-life balance. In their tech side they highly highly recommend people do at least 24 hours of learning per year. Invested in your growth and development.

      Not really a con, but tech stack is less trendy. Java, React, MongoDB. Depends on your style.

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.
