      The pay isn't too bad.

      Kontras

      Promotions are not based on competency but on who you know, low employee morale, lack of job stability, poor scheduling, etc. Also, if you are caucasian, you are a minority.

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.
