You work with some great people and they actually listen to their employees voices. Open door policy with management. Great pay. So many programs to get involved with such as volunteering opportunities, resource groups, and they also match donations! Depending on the department you are in you may have to work weekends and late hours. Like any other job you may have some bad managers who do not appreciate anything. Some people can be very two faced. We hire criminals whom can get their insurance licenses but get denied on apartment applications. Some manager have favorites and let people get away with more than others. Interview process is not really based off work ethic.
