Co-workers were awesome and easy work. That's pretty much about it.

Corporate Leadership was horrible, would say one thing but do another, lots of broken promises and blatant lies covered with flowery words. Pushes employee concerns aside. There's very little cohesion or connection between the corporate side and the actual workers. It's gotten to the point where everyone is afraid to say anything because they don't want to lose their jobs or be fired. Co-workers in the same position will have huge pay differences, no pay differential for working nights. The company will try to nickel and dime as much as they can without regard to long-term goals. As much as I liked my co-workers and the believed in the product, they were on a path of being a failed company, and as much as I tried to help them, they thought otherwise and fired me. I would stay away from this company as far as you can.
