Good learning environment if someone is willing to show you something.

There are so many things wrong with this company. Older employees are in an uphill battle here. Allbridge's leadership is exhausting and they will try any means possible to squeeze you out. No raises, then as you get older yearly reviews get worse. It is my highest recommendation that you look elsewhere for employment.
