Good hours, good pay, easy work

Nothing worth fighting for. CEO only hears what he wants to hear about making the company better. Only comes down to check on his company after something has happened. Only cares about himself and never anyone else. Night time staff can be gone for hours on end and never get reprimanded for it but when a clerk is gone for more than 5 minutes to the restroom, they don't hear the end of it. Favoritism all over and around the work place when it comes to supervisors. And there is no room for growth. Been here fora little over 2 years and still no promotion, no raise, nothing. Nothing but terrible insurance, lies and broken promises.
