The type of place you build a lifelong career at. There are still a handful of our coworkers who have been here since the company started 20 years ago. The owners are very hands on and do their best to take good care of staff. In fact, the whole upper management/office team works really hard to care of the staff. People work really hard here and it's nice to be around people who are so dedicated.

Some teams have to travel quite a bit, but I know that's also a big draw for some electricians!

Stay away from All Systems Electrical. A bunch of terrible people lead this company. They are disrespectful and toxic, and they verbally abuse and insult employees all the time. They are awful people who don't know how to lead. My whole shift is unpleasant whenever one of our immature supervisors is around.
