No employee appreciation - Lead Custodian bei All 1 Service: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I been here for almost 6 years and only got a 50 cent raise and it was because I fought for it. No pay raises, no they took away holiday pay, and sick pay day has to have a doctor's note. If you don't have one then you won't get paid and if you don't use them by your anniversary date u loose them. It really suck. No employee appreciation and don't care about us. I'm super upset and disappointed.
