Welcome inductions in nice locations (Hotels) Training Support - Constant training sessions with different stakeholders (HR, Ops, WFM, Medallia, L&D, etc) Good coordination to obtain badge and equipment.
Kontras
There was a little lack of organization/planning on some of the sessions scheduled. Some of them ended up being postponed or even cancelled. At some sessions, trainees were logged in, but there was no organizer and we had to start looking for someone to indicate next steps.
