Meetings are often scheduled last minute and inconveniently, and there’s a lack of support and budget, hindering progress. Leadership, primarily based in China, does not engage with the local team, contributing to disconnect. Additionally, there has been noticeable employee turnover, indicating potential issues within the organizational culture. Addressing these concerns could greatly enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
