I have been working at Alea for many years and have enjoyed my time here very much. The people are fun and friendly and the culture is amazing, really can't be beat. The work and technology is interesting and fun, why wouldn't it be when you get to work with such awesome people.

There is really no cons worth mentioning.

The company has a solid reputation for job security. Is currently undergoing technical upgrades of employed software technologies. Forward thinking in terms of technological architectural direction.

Doesn't compensate as well as other software companies. No software team leads, which sometimes causes a vacuum of leadership within a dev team unit.
