They are unethical in their practices and very disorganized. Senior management is authoritative and incompetent and the US division is poorly run.Employees are not paid in a timely manner and compensation package is very low and lacks benefits.

None I can think of. They have a high turnover rate because the work environment is unbearable and unethical.

Not paid on time, small-minded management, no forward-thinking business mentality.They have the mentality of a small Spanish business but want to be seen as a big US company. They are not flexible at all and throughout the company the shady business practices can be seen.I felt embarrassed to work for them and eventually ,they ripped me off too.
