Large outfit, can have several large scale projects at once. Large shop. Good learning environment. Reasonable management. Good safety procedures. Good opportunities.
Kontras
Subject to fluctuation of construction market so there can be wide scale lay offs. But they will try to hire back those who have demonstrated loyalty and proficiency. The shop isn't air conditioned (go figure) so it can get insanely hot. Also, the noise levels from the "bing bang" table are unbearable, I've definitely lost a bit of hearing acuity.
