      Pros

      Flexible company, managers are good and really care. Management is very flexible and policies are good. Recently, one of the locations closed and the company treated the employees there very fairly. They put together all kinds of seminars and a job fair.

      Lack of pay raises, employees performing multiple jobs and are not recognized with the appropriate pay raises. This happens at all levels of the organization.
