- Company encourages regular reviews - Company has a plan - Company has regular meetings

Kontras

- reviews of employee team MUST follow the above percentage. If you have an amazing team, still someone must "need development" (ie. not get a raise) - upper management has not faith in employees - Meetings consume your whole day - interesting how after a day of meetings you're unable to complete certain work by the next day.
