I really like being part of a team that gets things done. We all get along great and there are no office politics. That's not something easily encountered other places. One other thing I love about this company is the success we bring our clients who work with us. It makes me feel good when our clients give us excellent reviews. Our average is 9.5 out of 10.

Definitely a great team to work for, provide great service & direction, really help their agents, very happy to help them with their mission of getting agent recruitment done right.
The owners are great and always checking in and making sure you're doing okay. They genuinely care about your well-being and want to see you succeed both professionally and personally.
Also, the level of care and detail in the training provided gave me incredible insights into the insurance and financial industry. Which I believe really shows the company’s professionalism and dedication as they are willing to invest in their people so they, in turn, can deliver top-notch service to their clients.
