Benefits - Heath and PTO are awful, PTO especially for hourly colleagues. Your sick time is your PTO, its a joke. Expectations were never set so I was royally chewed about things I didn't know were required of me. Leadership - an organization led by arrogant, prideful, and manipulative baby boomers, namely the CEO. Next to no opportunities to improve knowledge of how to do my job better either through constructive feedback or professional seminars such as GEAPS Employer Feedback - This company does not foster an environment where honest feedback can be given on things like safety, poor communication from supervisor, or issues with benefits. The CEO tends to gaslight or distort the facts when issues are brought up.
