- doesn't meet promises. ie: the living expenses was very low therefore they gave much lower salary. - work on weekends - using passive aggressive act if employee didn't do what the company want - micromanage each employee and project too much - too many accusation toward employee about project delivery when employee never said anything about project delivery or when employee never promised certain deadline - other department of the company was outsource to other consultant outside the company. lack of handling issue in proper manner.
