We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. As second responders, we pride ourselves on being able to help families move through tragedy on a 24-hour basis, which can lead to busy times at odd hours on occasion. We absolutely value our employees' wellbeing and are very up front about the job's expectations both during the hiring and training processes.
